Maddy Turner is currently playing for the NSW Swifts. A former South Australian development standout, Maddy Turner has developed into one of the league's toughest and most skilful defenders. Moving to Sydney at the age of 19, Maddy has worked hard to get to where she is now, part of the 2019 Premiership winning NSW Swifts.
Her mix of speed, athleticism, toughness and ability to work on the circles makes her just as suited to life in the midcourt as defence. She is a pivotal member of the title-winning NSW Swifts.
Maddy also debuted for the Diamonds in the 2019 Constellation Cup after a breakout Suncorp Super Netball season. Maddy has stamped herself as one of the game's brightest young stars.
Outside of netball she is also a Speech Pathologist and a mean golfer, having pursued golf up until age 14.
