Australian medley and backstroke swimmer. Travis' career had many setbacks and disappointments that only drove him more to achieve his dreams.
Determination, Goal setting, Positive Mindset, Inspiration, Hard work, Persistence.
In 2016, he qualified for his first Olympic Games. A late bloomer who struggled at junior level, never making any team/camps or development squads.
First represented Australia at the 2012 World Short Course Championships in Istanbul, he won two medals in relay events.

My role with the Australian Olympic Committee’s “Olympics Unleashed Program” included presenting at the launch alongside Anna Meares OLY OAM, and the then Minister of Education John Gardner MP as a Program Ambassador.
