Anthony "Kouta" Koutoufides is a former AFL player and a Carlton Football Club legend playing over 270 games for the club. Kouta was often referred to as the 'Prototype of the Modern Footballer' as he was notably athletic and powerful, making him extremely versatile and allowing him to play almost every position throughout his career. An integral player in Carlton's premiership team in 1995, also gaining recognition by earning an All-Australian selection, the first in his career, going on to make the team again in 2000. Kouta played for Carlton between 1992 and 2007, winning the best and fairest in 2001 and 2005, and captaining the club from 2004 to 2006.
Post football, due to his high profile, Kouta has appeared on a number of Australian TV shows.
