Hi,
I am Emma Jeffcoat a daring, driven & strong human being who competed at Tokyo 2020 Olympics in the Women's Individual event (26th) & the first Mixed Team Relay Olympic Triathlon event (9th)
I have numerous World Triathlon wins & National titles to my name, & am also a Registered Nurse, lifeguard, & teammate. All of which I am proud of, but my pride comes from me giving my absolute best everytime I step out.
My motto is Dare to Dream, & for me it's all about the Daring! My experience growing up as a young female was challenging, with health issues that then created troubles around body image, self esteem, menstruation, & perseptions. Finding sport was my escape & I made a profession out of it.
I love being able to openly share my story & experiences with others through public speaking, presenting & Q + A's. I can't wait to share with you soon!
