In the heart of Becky's journey lies her remarkable resilience as a survivor of teenage sexual violence. Breaking years of silence, Becky compassionately shares her experiences, transforming her pain into a powerful purpose knowing her experience isnt uniquely her own. 

Her passion centres around fostering a world anchored in respect, understanding, and knowledge, unravelling the impact of culture and upbringing on behaviours. Currently, Becky addresses mental health and suicide prevention, creating safe spaces for all individuals and encouraging compassion in our collective journey withing the resource sector.

Growing up amid mental health challenges with her parents , Becky cultivated empathy, resilience, and self-care skills. Witnessing her parents' struggles, she embarked on a path of advocacy, fuelled by determination to break down barriers hindering help-seeking.

In June 2021, Becky launched The Resource Podcast, addressing workplace sexual harassment, bullying and discrimination. This platform unites on site crew, professionals, and experts, aiming to be the comprehensive resource that was lacking.

Becky is a catalyst for change, striving for workplaces where diversity is celebrated, and every individual feels respected.
