- Captain of the Oarsome Foursome rowing Team. Mike consults and presents to leading Australian companies across a variety of organisational issues including; High Performance, Culture, Team and also Health and Wellness. Mike has an MBA in business and a Bachelor of Applied Science.

Mike began his corporate life at Ernst & Young - Corporate Finance and HBA (Bupa) and has also established, grown and sold other enterprises in Health & Wellness. In addition, he has led other business and sport organisations through CEO, Executive and Board positions.
- Mike McKay has won numerous Olympic, Australian, European and World Championship and Commonwealth Games Medals, rowing in the men's eights, fours and pairs. Mike is however probably best known as the Captain and Stroke of the world champion and double Olympic Gold Medal winning "Oarsome Foursome".
The "Oarsome Foursome" gained recognition in winning Gold in the men's four rowing at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics and then built on their reputation by again taking Gold at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. Mike has competed at 5 Olympic Games, and won medals at 4 of those Olympics.
Mike has had many ambassadorial and sponsor roles for internal corporate and external client programs and understands the requirements to make those roles successful.
He has an outstanding reputation as a high quality speaker by delivering engaging customised presentations to deliver to the client's brief.
Mike's rowing achievements have been recognised with numerous Awards including Medal of the Order of Australia (O.A.M.), King of Moomba and Official Flag Bearer for the Australian Team at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics Closing Ceremony. He also was awarded International Rowing's highest honour, the Thomas Kellar Medal.
He has led athletes commission for the Australian Olympic Committee, and an executive board member for the AOC. He is a Director and selector for the Sport Australia Hall of Fame.
Mike also has experience in media roles across, print, radio and broadcast. at the Olympics. Mike has contributed to 2 books on Winning Culture and Performance.
