Video Shout-Out from Anthony 'Harries' Carroll

A household name and one of the most recognisable lifeguards in the world, Anthony "Harries" Carol has spent more than three decades protecting beachgoers as a lifesaver and lifeguard on the Australian coastline.

Harries was shot to fame as one of the main stars on the global TV hit Bondi Rescue, alongside a loveable pack of sun-kissed lifeguards. The show, which has done 16 seasons and has another on its way, has won multiple Logies and even resulted in a spin off show - Bondi Rescue: Bali.

Harries and his wholesome, trademark smile has graced TV screens for well over 16 years and along with its re-runs, means he's an amazing prospect for brands looking to capitalise on his brand IP. 

Growing up within walking distance of the surf beaches in Clovelly, Harries and his twin brother Sean both began surfing from a young age, forming a love for the ocean that lead him into the life he has today.

Also a talented pilates instructor, Harries has recently developed a pilates app with wife Emily which leads users through the workouts that he said had boosted his endurance, balance and strength.

When not at the beach, you can find Harries spending time with his lovely wife Emily and two beautiful children Billy & Leo.
