30 year old, retired athlete from Sydney, Australia. 2 x Olympic Judo Athlete, placing TOP 16 at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. Qualified for Rio 2016 Olympic Games alongside my younger brother (Josh).

2022 Birmingham Commonwealth games Bronze Medallist- 7 weeks post knee surgery.

Had a number of serious injuries and illnesses within this Olympic cycle which put a number of setbacks and preventions on my targets and goals. Feel passionately about speaking to adults, or children/students about overcoming adversity, following your dreams and believing in yourself when others perhaps don't.

Retired in late 2023 off the back of career ending neck surgery, and transitioned into coaching the Junior National team, and working as the personal coach of my brother Josh. I am in the final stages of completing a Sports Media and Journalism Degree. Understand and can communicate effectively on how to manage time and more than 1 major commitment. Have served as a community custodian for Lifeline Australia and am a passionate advocate for mental health.
