Way your staff assisted us with organising this opportunity
For our sons birthday.
Our son was speechless when he saw him arrive. Levi Casboult is
his footy idol and it’s great To know and see that this
footy player is setting such a Great example to kids and giving
them the opportunity To see that even with his success and being a
Known person in the public eye, that his generosity and being a humble person
Is still his main focus, which is exactly what every
Parent wants there child to know and grow to be a good
Genuine person no matter where you come from or who you are.
Levi Casboult on the night Spoke to every child, had a kick with all the kids and even
Made the effort to socialise with all the adult guests.
As a parent who had a love for footy growing up and my husband
Is a true blue Carlton supporter and watches every footy game,
We had tried to involve our son whose name is also Levi (age 7)
In the sport, to build his confidence and learn to participate
In a team building sport, with no success. It was not until
Our son Levi attended a Carlton clinic and got to meet Levi
Casboult in person that his true passion for the game came
A focus, now with his visit at his party our son has been
Kicking his footy through our house, using my dining chairs
As his goals and his passion for this great game has soared.
Levi Casboults generosity has truly given our family a new passion
To get our kids back out to the games and support this great
Sport AFL.
I think the AFL should definitely look at what Levi Casboult did
For this game and his club on Friday night and create more of these opportunities
For the kids to meet there idols , as I can truly say there were so many
Kids that are not even Carlton supporters and don’t follow
The footy that were all begging to go too a game after
He left.
When you allow a child/ children to meet someone and see that
A moment they thought would never happen “does”
you give them more than just a moment
You give them a hope, a goal and a determination to be
The best person they can be too. So thank You Levi Casboult
For giving these kids the opportunity to know if you work
Hard, stay genuine and just be a good person, you can
