Kayne Lawton is an Australian former professional Rugby League footballer and current Health & Fitness Trainer who last played for AS Carcassonne in the Elite One Championship. He previously played for the Gold Coast Titans in the NRL.
Due to his experience in elite level Rugby League since he was 17, Kayne's passion for training discipline, overall fitness conditioning and human movement techniques helped pave the way for a career in the Fitness industry.
