Jason Taumalolo on mental health

He released an article with Athletes Voice ‘If the mind doesn’t want it, the body won’t follow’. Within the article he spoke on his own experience with mental wellbeing and how he dealt with it. He speaks on having the right mindset, having someone to talk to and hold you accountable, and the importance of feeling at home. His experience of moving from New Zealand to Australia was the major influence of his decrease in mental wellbeing but shares how he was able to overcome this and continue on to have a majorly successful career.
