After a brief hiatus from the sport following his retirement, Brad transitioned into coaching. He joined the Perth Lynx as an assistant coach in the WNBL from 2021 to 2024, before being appointed as the head coach of the Warwick Senators women's team in the NBL1 West for the 2024 and 2025 seasons. In addition to his coaching career, Brad serves as the Head of Program Operations for A Stitch In Time, a nonprofit mental health organisation. He is also a respected speaker, delivering workshops and keynote addresses across various settings, including sports clubs, corporate environments, and primary and secondary schools.
