Jason Cadee is a professional Basketball player, currently the point guard of the Adelaide 36ers in the Australian NBL. Raised in Sydney, Cadee attended Westfield Sports High School, one of Sydney's high profile sports school, and graduated in 2008 and was named in the School's Sporting Hall of Fame. He then attended the Australian Institute of Sports and played for the AIS team in the South East Australian Basketball league whilst also representing Australia in the junior U/19 national team where they finished 4th at the 2009 World Championship.
In 2010, Cadee signed a 2 year deal with the Gold Coast Blaze in the NBL but unfortunately was involved in a motorway accident and came away with a broken Pelvis - ruling him out for start of the season and for the Australian Boomers squad. After recovery, Cadee went on to debut for the Blaze in December 2010, starting his NBL career that persists to the current day.
Not only is Cadee a key player in the NBL, but he has also represented the country on numerous occasions - most recently in the 2017 FIBA ASIA CUP and the 2018 Commonwealth games where he helped the Boomers win Gold at both events.
