Darren is the longest serving captain at the West Coast Eagles, beginning his illustrious 270 game career with the club in 2000, and recently retiring half way through the 2014 season. He captained the club from 2008 for a club record 6 seasons. During his time at West Coast, he was lucky enough to be a crucial part of the WCE premiership in 2006, and was a 4 time All-Australian player making the team in 2006, 2007, 2011 and impressively was named captain of the All-Australian team in 2012. Glass won the Best & Fairest for the club in 2007, 2009 and 2011. A proven, sensational leader at the club, Darren is now keen to take his experience from the field and help teach businesses leadership, how to live their corporate values and in doing so how to create a winning culture.
