I've been riding the wave of the "elite" sporting environment since I was 17, I am exposed to high pressure environments that have shaped me into the person I am. I have had many highs throughout my netball career one being have been a part of a Suncorp Super Netball premiership team in 2020, however I have had my own mental health issues along the way. My goal is to inspire young athletes and people through story telling to be the best version of themselves and help build confidence.
