Whether I’m instructing boxing, pilates, teaching in the classroom, commentating court-side or hosting an event, I always bring my authentic, bubbly energy to everything I do. 

I enjoy exploring different ways to be mindful through my physical, mental, emotional and social health, as well as sharing my personal experiences with others to empower them to be energised and radiant in their bodies and self.

My journey on and off the court has been encompassed with highs and lows, but my strong work ethic has driven me to never miss a moment to learn and grow.

I have a versatile skill set and love the challenge of explore new opportunities.
