Create an experience with Dayne Weston

I currently work at Urzi Psychology as a Mental Health Support worker. 
I am a former professional Rugby League player in both the NRL and English Super League for 10 years, playing for the Cronulla Sharks, North Qld Cowboys, Penrith Panthers, Melbourne Storm and the Leigh Centurions (UK).

During my time as a player across a number of clubs, I was blessed to have met some incredible people who I have learnt so much from. Sport has a great ability to teach us an incredible amount of life lessons, it allows us to learn, grow, create long life friendships and build a great level of resilience for our future. I am grateful for the people who have helped shape me into the man I am today and for providing me with the willingness to make a positive difference in peoples lives. 
My passion for Mental Health and Wellbeing begun during my playing career, along with my own ongoing mental health journey. We have all been created on purpose for a purpose, I believe my own journey and experiences are used to help shape others. I am always looking for opportunities to share my testimony, I love sharing my story. I would like to have the opportunity to meet people with the same passion and drive for change in this space.
