Hayley Miller is the current captain of the Fremantle Dockers AFLW team. She was Fremantle's first ever draft pick and pick #4 overall in the inaugural 2016 NAB AFLW Draft.

Hayley has is the current Captain of the Fremantle Football Club Women’s Team and was appointed in late 2021. She led the dockers to a preliminary final in 2022. She has taken her game to a whole new level in recent years and as a result finished 5th in the 2022 AFLW Best & Fairest, made her maiden All Australian Selection and was named as the Vice Captain of the All Australian Team. She also won the 2022 Season 6 Fremantle AFLW Best and Fairest and Player of the finals as well as the Season 7 Derby Medal.

In 2023 Hayley was awarded life membership with the Fremantle Football Club and holds the current club AFLW games record with 70 following the completion of Season 8.

Hayley has made appearances on Women’s Footy on the Nine Network, The W Show and as part of Channel Seven’s WAFL and WAFLW coverage. She has had experience in hosting corporate and member functions at Optus stadium for the Fremantle football club at their AFL home games as well as a range of fundraising events. Hayley has also worked with the 6PR radio commentary team on the boundary.

Hayley has a degree in Physiotherapy however she is not currently practicing as a Physio, deciding to move towards full time football.
