Frank Winterstein is a professional rugby footballer who plays rugby league for the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles in the National Rugby League. Primarily playing as a second-row, Winterstein previously played league for the Bulldogs in the NRL and in the Super League for the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats, Crusaders RL, and the Widnes Vikings. He played rugby union for the Kintetsu Liners in the Top League. Internationally, he has represented the Samoan rugby league team, and the Australian rugby sevens team.
