Jahin Tanvir is the CEO of the Australian School of Entrepreneurship, Australia's largest innovation provider. Jahin is a 3-time TEDx speaker, board director, and was named one of the 40 under 40 Most Influential Asian-Australians for 2022, achieving this recognition at the age of 21.

Being an award-winning advocate for young people, diversity, and inclusion, Jahin was named a finalist for the 2022 Young Australian of the Year and received the 2021 Young Canberra Citizen of the Year award in Individual Community Service. He serves as a Board Director at the Adolescent Health Association of Australia, is a UNICEF Young Ambassador, and a Movember Ambassador.

At the age of 21, Jahin founded his first company, Breathe., which was an EdTech social enterprise providing public speaking education through workshops and machine learning to young people from marginalized communities across Australia. Within a span of 6 months, Breathe. impacted over 16,000 individuals. Eventually, Breathe. was acquired by the ASE Group in November 2022, leading to Jahin's appointment as the new CEO of The Australian School of Entrepreneurship.

Under Jahin's leadership, the ASE has positively impacted over 180,000 people both in Australia and worldwide.

Jahin is a regular media commentator and has appeared on ABC News, ABC’s The Drum, Channel 10, and Channel 9.

In recognition of his work in assisting multicultural communities in Western Sydney, Jahin received the Zest Awards Outstanding Youth Leader of the Year for 2021. He has also represented Australia on the global stage at United Nations and WHO conferences in 2021, speaking at events alongside prominent figures such as Barack Obama, Malcolm Turnbull, and the Governor-General in Rome and Milan.

In the academic realm, Jahin has been invited as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Melbourne, where he addresses young people on mental health topics. Additionally, he has been published in the Journal of Adolescent Health, a peer-reviewed medical journal focused on adolescent health and medicine. Jahin played a key role as a founding member of the COVID-19 Youth Reference Group at the Department of Health and served as an active research commissioner at the Centre of Research Excellence in Adolescent Health and Murdoch Institute of Children’s Research. His academic background is in Optometry.

As a first-generation migrant, Jahin's vision is to empower people from diverse backgrounds and enable them to participate in decision-making and conversations in Australia, thereby representing the multiculturalism of the country. Besides, Jahin is an Angel Investor who has already invested in two companies related to electrical energy and medical technology.
