Sharni Williams OAM was awarded her first international rugby union cap for Australia in 2008, and has since gone on to co-captain the Australian Women's Rugby 7s side to the sports inaugural Olympic Gold Medal at the 2016 Rio Games. She is also a proud LGBTQI+ advocate.
