Syed is proud of his roots as having been born to hard-working Bangladeshi Parents and brought up in Tower Hamlets. He was a contestant on the BBC hit TV shows The Apprentice in 2007. He has contributed to Sky News, Sky reports, Bloomberg TV and featured in high profile publications like the Sunday Times and The Metro to name but a few. As an entrepreneur, Syed has successfully grown businesses over his 15-year career. He founded @Savortex and @addryer, a disruptive multi-award-winning technology and media company that pioneered partnerships with technology giants Intel® and ARM® taking them into key international markets. With over 400 projects deployed worldwide to brands like Gatwick Airport, Shell, L’Oréal and WPP, Syed raised in excess of £2m to support the global expansion, achieving a multi-million-pound market valuation. Syed's latest innovation with ARM® is a complete hand hygiene management system that uses data to 'track and trace' who is sanitising within a building. This new technology offers a significant solution to re-opening buildings in 2021 in the wake of the Pandemic.
