Jessica ‘Jess’ Hull is an incredibly talented middle-distance runner who has represented Australia at the Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, World Championships and Diamond League series.
Jess spent four years at the University of Oregon on an athlete scholarship and in that time earned seven All-American honours and was a four-time NCAA Champion.
In 2019, she joined Pete Julian’s professional running group, signed a global long-term deal with Nike and attended her first World Championships in Doha, where she narrowly missed the final.
The following year, Jess set two Australian records in the 1500m and 5000m races in Boston and Monaco respectively while also qualifying for the Tokyo Olympics.
At the Games, she reached the final of the 1500m event after setting an Australian record time of 3.58.81.
Jess’s domestic summer to kick off her 2023 campaign was incredible, winning Bronze in the Mixed Relay at the 2023 Bathurst World Cross Country Championships, before winning the National 1500m, 3000m and 5000m titles, with the 3000m in a National record of 8:31.81.
2024 was one for the record books, leading into the Olympic games she broke the Australian 1500m record by 5 seconds and 4 days later broke the 2,000m world record.
In Paris, Jess won the Silver Medal in the Women’s 1500m at 2024 Paris Olympics, becoming the first Australian woman to medal in the event and the first Australian since 1960.
Jess's current brand partners include Nike, True Protein & Shokz while also having worked with Arnott's and the Melbourne Racing Club in the past.
