Nick Hind was drafted at age 24 as a mature age selection by Saint Kilda at pick 54 in the 2018 National AFL Draft.
The former plumber spent a few years with Essendon's VFL side, and did enough to impress AFL recruiters.
Armed with a lethal sidestep and explosive pace, mature-age recruit Nicholas Hind delighted Saints fans in the back half of Season 2019.
At the conclusion of the 2020 AFL season, he was traded to Essendon. Nick has broken into be a consistent contributor in the Bombers best 22. He signed a 2 year contract extension at the beginning of 2022.
