Tallisha is a proud Torres Strait Islander woman who currently resides in Brisbane, QLD. Tallisha has represented Australia in Rugby 7's, Indoor Volleyball and Rugby League. Tallisha has most recently represented the Brisbane Broncos, Queensland Maroons, Australian Jillaroos and is the current captain of the Indigenous All Stars Rugby League team.
Outside of rugby league, Tallisha works full time as a speech pathologist for the Institute for Urban Indigenous Health and is a Deadly Choices Ambassador.
