Recruited from Sandringham Dragons, the Brisbane Lions used their final pick of the 2016 NAB AFL Draft to secure Corey Lyons.
Known as a high disposal getter, he uses his high footy IQ to find space around the contest. Lyons dominated the midfield in the 2019 season for the Lions NEAFL side, helping the side remain undefeated. Corey is the younger brother of Jarryd Lyons.
Corey joined the Glenelg FC for the 2022 SANFL season.
