Former State, BBL and IPL cricketer with experience in India, SriLanka, New Zealand, Bangladesh, UAE and England.

Having moved around the world regularly, shifted states/teams and been injured more times than I can remember, I am comfortable speaking about resilieance required by those who are not regularly selected or at the at the top of the selection tree. I have plenty of unique stories - there are a handful of instances where I was actually told I was no longer playing 30minutes (or after the toss in India) prior to the match after finding out 24 hours earlier that I was playing.

I'm currently a Practicing Mindset Coach with personal experience of mental health challenges throughout my career. Most recently after completing my second secondment at Cricket Australia managing the Partnerships and Player Connection team from a Sports Marketing Agency, I decided to take a break for 6 months and relocated to Tasmania from Inner Western Melbourne. I am a big believer in balance, creating a resilient mindset and mental health for life and in the workplace.
