Jo Weston is one of Australia’s most respected and accomplished netballers, having spent more than a decade competing at the elite level for the Melbourne Vixens and the Australian Diamonds.
Originally from country Victoria, Jo’s journey to the top of Australian netball is a testament to her resilience, work ethic, and determination. After relocating to Melbourne and discovering the sport through school, she quickly rose through the ranks from grassroots competition to the international stage, where she has since become both a World Cup and Commonwealth Games gold medallist.
Renowned for her versatility and leadership, Jo’s ability to perform across all three defensive positions has made her one of the game’s most dependable and influential players. Equally impressive off the court, she brings intelligence, professionalism, and authenticity to every opportunity. Alongside her sporting career, Jo holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is currently completing a Master of Communication.
A respected leader within the sporting landscape, Jo currently serves as President of the Australian Netball Players’ Association and is a trusted ambassador for leading brands including Nissan, ASICS and Gilbert.
