Reilly has spent 10 years at the Adelaide Crows since being drafted in 2014. He has played over 100 games with the club as the mainstay ruckman, and has won numerous awards at the club including the 2020 club champion.

Off the field, Reilly's passion lies in the health and medical field. Having delayed Medical studies to pursue a football career, Reilly has studied extensively in his time at the club. This includes a Bachelor of Medical Science, a Master of Neuroscience (Applied), a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Public Health.

Reilly also has significant interest in community work. He is an ambassador for Bedford, Australia's second largest disability employer. He also is the current Ambassador for the Open Parachute program, administering mental health education in South Australian schools, which is supported by the Adelaide Crows foundation and the Sebastian foundation. In 2024, he was awarded the Jim Stynes Community Leadership Award for his work in the community.
