Grover is the first indigenous player to reach 200 games with the Fremantle Dockers. Grover earned his place on the Dockers senior list during the 1999 season where he eventually made his debut that year. Grover was at the Dockers till the end of the 2012 season. Grover represented the Indigenous All Stars twice from the period of 2005-2007.
