Theo Smith is a leading advocate for neurodiversity, being neurodiverse himself. Passionate to raise awareness of neurodiversity, Theo has founded Neurodiversity At Work LTD to advocate the importance of neurodiversity in the workplace. Now booked as a diversity and inclusion speaker, Theo focuses on topics such as neurodiversity recruitment, DE&I, being ADHD, Dyslexic and Dyscalculia and being neurodiverse.
Currently, Theo is the Vice President of Customer Acquisition for Zinc Work – performing background checks to transform the way in which recruiters and businesses screen their future employees. He is also the co-author of Neurodiversity at Work and the host of Neurodiversity – Eliminating Kryptonite & Enabling Superheroes podcast. Formerly, Theo has been the Recruitment Manager for the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence, enjoying a successful career in HR and recruitment ensuring organisations had a diverse workforce and thrived. Sharing his expertise on neurodiversity, Theo helps businesses to have a better understanding of neurodiversity, why it is important and what the benefits of having a neurodiverse workforce can have in business.
