Forman is a recently retired professional basketball player for the Illawarra Hawks. He started his career with the Adelaide 36ers in 2001, winning a championship in 2002 with the club. He then moved to the New Zealand Breakers in 2006 for four years before returning to Australia, signing with the Illawarra Hawks where he retired at the completion of the 2018 season. He played 513 NBL games over 17 seasons - 11th most in the history of the NBL. His 904 three-pointers ranks 13th all-time in the league.
