Eagland represented Victoria at 17U, 19U and 21U Australian Netball levels and played for Australian in the Under 21 World Youth Cup gold medal winning team in 2009. She then joined the Queensland Firebirds in the 2012 season before moving to the Melbourne Vixens in 2013. She now plays for the West Coast Fever. Eagland won 4 back to back premierships with the Victorian Fury in the Australian Netball League and was named in the 2016 VNL Championship Team of the Year after her Premiership winning performance for Melbourne University Lightning.
