Hannah Mundy was a temporary replacement player for the injured Liz Watson in 2021 and went on to win the club's Rookie of the Year award.
Even with Watson back to full fitness, the depth and drives she brings to the midcourt have seen her continue to earn court time.
Mundy played all 14 games of the 2021 season.
A product of Netball Victoria’s pathway, 19-year-old Mundy was named in the Vixens squad at the start of the year and has represented Victoria in both 17/U and 19/U teams at the National Netball Championships, played in a Victorian Netball League 19/U premiership for Boroondara Express, and was a member of Victorian Fury’s 2019 premiership squad.
In her debut season Hannah took out the Rookie of the Year award credit to her impressive workrate and determination, playing every game.
A talented and versatile midcourter able to play wing attack or centre, Hannah showed that she is more than capable of stepping up to the challenge and performing week in, week out against the best in the business.
