Create an experience with Matilda Garrett

General Information Matilda Garrett began her professional netball career when she was selected by the Collingwood Magpies prior to the start of the 2018 Season. Before this, Garrett had represented Australia at the under-21 level and captained her home state of Victoria at the under-19 level. In 2017, Garrett was named as a training partner with the Collingwood Magpies. After finishing the 2020 season with Collingwood, Garrett made the decision to move across to the Adelaide Thunderbirds for season 2021. Garrett found herself taking huge leaps forward for the club, claiming the starting GD position. After experiencing such a positive season, she was rewarded with a two year contract to stay with the Thunderbirds until the end of 2023. Career achievements Australian Development Squad member 2020/2021 Australian Development Squad member 2021/2022 Interest & Hobbies Outside of netball, Matilda is currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at Deakin University, after initially choosing to Study a Bachelor of Primary Education.
