Sam Frost is a key defender playing in the AFL, debuting in 2012 with the Melbourne Demons. After dealing with a pre-season toe complaint, the key defender took significant steps in his development in 2017. Played some of the most consistent football of his career in a patch between rounds four and eight, where his willingness to take the game on from defence became integral to Melbourne’s side.
Unfortunately, 2018 was a limited year playing only 10 games. Sam improved his form in 2019, playing 22 games before being traded to Hawthorn. Frost is hoping to continue where he left off with Melbourne and have a break out season with the Hawks.
Sam is currently playing for the Hawthorn Football Club.
