BIOGRAPHY
Born and raised in South Australia, I am a dual Olympic Flatwater Kayaker (Beijing 2008 & London 2012), Olympic Bronze Medallist (Beijing 2008), and State/National competitor & medallist in surf ski (surf life saving). I have held several leadership roles at a local, state, national and even international levels, and have broad experience in guest speaking within each of these sectors, to groups varying in size from only a handful, to a couple of hundred. I have acted as an ambassador for various brands and events, and am currently an ambassador to the Adelaide Crows AFL team. I am also a Sport Matters "Champion" - Sports Matters is an Australian based NGO using sport as a tool for development around the world. I currently live in Sydney, and am employed as the Female Football Manager at AFL NSW/ACT.  I am passionate about creating a better society for all, and empowering others to reach their true potential.

EXPERIENCE
I have held various leadership & motivational speaking roles, most recently with CISCO/Telstra employees where I talked about team work, overcoming challenges/setbacks and high performance. I also have experience as a workshop facilitator, and event MC - I thoroughly enjoy both of these roels. As a representative on AFL NSW/ACT's Values Team, I also regularly address the Executive Team and speak on behalf of my colleagues. In my role more generally as a State Manager, I often address AFL audiences across NSW/ACT.
