Andrew  Robertson is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Premier League club Liverpool and the Scotland national team, which he captains. Considered one of the best left-backs in world football. Andy is renowned for his crossing, tackling, work-rate, stamina and speed.

Robertson started his senior career with Queen's Park in 2012 before heading over to Dundee United shortly after. He had a breakout performance that year as a professional football player which resulted in him being named the PFA Scotland Young Player of the Year as well as making his international debut. In 2014, Robertson joined Hull City, before leaving to join Liverpool in July 2017. 

In his first two seasons at Liverpool. Andy appeared in successive UEFA Champions League finals, losing the first in 2018. For his performances in the 2018–19 Premier League season, he was named in the PFA Team of the Year. His third season saw him play an integral role as Liverpool won the 2019–20 Premier League.

Robertson made his full international debut for Scotland in May 2014, and was subsequently appointed Scotland captain in September 2018. He represented the side at UEFA Euro 2020.
