Corban Baxter stands as a highly accomplished NRLW athlete. Her journey began with a debut in the Women’s State of Origin in 2018, where she proudly represented NSW. Unfortunately, a shoulder injury delayed her debut with the Sydney Roosters until 2019. Nevertheless, her inaugural year in the NRLW was a resounding success, ultimately leading to her appointment as the Captain of the Sydney Roosters in 2020. Notably, under her captaincy, the Sydney Roosters clinched victory in the 2021 NRLW Grand Final.
Her impressive list of achievements encompasses:
– Triumph in the 2021 NRLW Grand Final as a valuable member of the Sydney Roosters.
– The honour of captaining the Maori All Stars team in 2021.
– Holding the esteemed position of Sydney Roosters Captain from 2020 to 2021.
– Her debut for the Sydney Roosters in 2019.
– Participation in the inaugural year of the NSW Women’s State of Origin in 2018.
– Celebrating victory in the 2017 World Cup Final.
