Create an experience with Josh Katz

I am a 27 year old Judo athlete currently residing in Sydney, Australia. At 18 years old, I became the youngest Australian male to ever compete at the Olympic Games in Judo in Rio 2016, and alongside my brother Nathan, were the first Australian brothers to ever compete at the same Olympic Games in Judo. I am also a 2022 Commonwealth Games Bronze Medalist, and recently competed at my second Olympic Games in Paris 2024.

I am an ambassador for the Black Dog Institute Mental Fitness Program, and have completed a double degree in Exercise and Sport Science & Sport Management.

After speaking in over 100 schools, sporting clubs and businesses across Australia over the past 5 years, my brother Nathan and I were inspired to create our own independent speaking and mentoring business "Team Katz". Our programs are targeted to primary and high school students, sporting academies, and corporate businesses.

Our mission is to help inspire others to reach their potential, providing them with skills in goal setting, building resilience and determination, and creating successful high performance daily habits and behaviours.

Presentations and workshops can be delivered to both large audiences (entire school year groups, sport academies), and smaller groups of individuals from similar backgrounds.
