Jacob Adam Surjan is an Ex Australian rules footballer. He is a former Player & Vice Captain of the Port Adelaide Football Club. He played 121 games between 2004 - 2012. After his playing days he served as a development coach of the Port Adelaide Football Club at AFL level, as the midfield & defensive coach at SANFL level. Currently is Senior Coach at North Adelaide Football Club in the SANFL competition.
