I am a 3x Olympian and 3x World Champion who has overcome serious injuries, setbacks and thyroid cancer along my way to becoming one of Australia's most successful cyclists. I have experienced so many different situations and learnt from many mistakes made along the way. This has put me in a position to help others in business, schools and sporting clubs to learn from my lessons learnt and apply them to their lives so they can avoid things I had to go through.
