Warwick is a 3 time Olympic Kayaker and Australian Ninja Warrior Grand Finalist in 2022. He is a 5 time Australian champion in white water kayaking. He competed in two Olympic Finals and finished 5th in Beijing, 2008. He started kayaking in a school swimming pool!
Draper has also completed a double degree in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science. He in an innovator in his sport and used his skills to design and build his own kayaks and in a world first, he pioneered the use of fins on slalom kayaks. He is now involved in coaching and is the president of the Melbourne Canoe Club and mentors athletes.
