James Roberts is an Australian Olympic Swimmer living on the Gold Coast, QLD.
Specialising in Sprint Freestyle, James has represented Australia in both the 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics, three World Championships and a Pan Pacific and Commonwealth Games.
Lived and trained at the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) for 5 years.
Has overcome bilateral shoulder reconstructions and manages an autoimmune disease (ankylosing spondylitis) with the vision of competing at a third Olympic Games in Tokyo 2020.
Studied Bachelor of Communication in Advertsing and works in Sales and Marketing for Adidas Swimwear Distributor.
