William pursued his dream of playing table tennis professionally when he moved to Sweden at the age of 14. He stayed for 13 years, playing professionally in Sweden, Germany and Austria and has represented Australia in 3 x Olympics and 4 x Commonwealth Games. Since returning home, Will has pursued his corporate career; he is the Analytics Manager for global law firm Slater and Gordon and is currently studying an MBA at Melbourne Demons Business School. William speaks passionately about the highs-and-lows of leaving home at a young age, his career in professional sport, and transitioning to a leadership role in a large organisation.
