A relatively late comer to AFLW, Harriet was an elite soccer player in her junior teams, before being selected as a Rookie by the Melbourne Football Club. Developing her craft as a defender at the Dees for four seasons, Harriet showed she could not only nullify her opponent but also propel the team into attack.
After four very enjoyable seasons at Melbourne, Harriet moved to Richmond where she was a pillar in the team’s defense and showed her aerial prowess. Her season was recognized as she was selected in the All Australian Squad of 40 players and finished third in the Club Best & Fairest. After a strong preseason leading into 2022, Harriet started the season really strongly, before suffering a season ending ACL. Having undergone the operation and well into her rehabilitation, Harriet is looking forward to coming back bigger and better in 2023.
