A product of the Victorian Pathway system, Sophie started our playing cricket with Plenty Valley in the Victorian Premier competition. A move to Carlton proved to be beneficial and after 2 standout seasons, "Reidy" saw herself with Victorian cap #252 in her hand. 2022-23 saw Sophie receive her first professional contract when Victoria contracted her and only months later found herself aligned and contracted with the Melbourne Stars in the WBBL.
A Top order bat and very handy wicket-keeper, this is only the start of a bright future of Sophie.
