Western Australian product Abbey Dowrick joins Port Adelaide’s inaugural squad as a versatile young player. Dowrick has played for both Subiaco in the WAFL and Woodville-West Torrens in the SANFL, proving her ability to stand out at the competitive level.
Dowrick plays primarily as a midfielder but also has the ability to spend some productive time up forward, known for her ability to cover the ground and her clean kicking. She has made an immediate impact in her young AFLW career, recognised with a Rising Star nomination on debut against West Coast.
