Brooke Jowett is a qualified fitness professional and popular media personality, best known for her appearance in Channel 10’s Australian Survivor, All Stars 2020. Most recognised for her physical efforts during the challenge component of the game, she has grown a strong social engagement over the past few years with followers seeking inspiration from her physical and mental determination. Brooke will be backing up her physical and mental determination in 2022, as she is due to star in the debut season of The Challenge Australia (due to air on Channel 10 in late 2022). Brooke had a busy year in 2020 taking up the role of Master HIIT Trainer for the hugely popular Keep It Cleaner workout program & app, whilst also launching her own lifestyle and activewear range JRSY. Brooke has a strong social following who appreciate and resonate with her genuine and down-to-earth personality, she has collaborated with a number of brands she sees fit for her own balanced philosophy to life, such as ANZ, RipCurl, CeraVa, Hello Fresh, Lumen, NAB, Voltaren and Healthy Care. Brooke has also collaborated in the fashion space as part of QIC’s ‘My Style, My Way’ campaign, working with a number of Australia’s largest fashion retailers, such as Eastland, Castle Towers and Canberra Centre. With appearances on Australian Survivor, The Project, Family Feud, Studio Ten and Have You Been Paying Attention, Brooke has proved to be a popular guest and entertaining personality. Passionate about health and wellness, Brooke is also on a mission to make the world get up and move, breath and be mindful about lifestyle options for our minds, bodies and spirits. With qualifications in Health Science and Personal Training, Brooke combines her academic knowledge with her personal insights when sharing her health and wellness messaging and guidance. For Brooke it’s also about creating a positive attitude, enjoying the lighter side of life and appreciating every moment. She has a strong sense of adventure and loves travelling the globe, blogging her stories along the way.
