Create an experience with Rodney Eade

Eade made his VFL debut for Hawthorn at just 18 years old. He played 229 games for the side from 1976-1987 before moving to the Brisbane Bears in 1988. He played 30 games before retiring in 1990. Eade then moved into coaching as the reserves coach for Brisbane. He later coached the North Melbourne Kangaroos reserves to a premiership in 1995. He was then appointed coach of the Sydney Swans from 1996 to 2002. Eade spent 2003 and 2004 as a media commentator and writer for the Western Bulldogs before being appointed coach in 2005. in 2011 he was appointed to the position of Football and Coaching Strategist for Collingwood Magpies. From 2014 to 2017 Eade was the senior coach for the Gold Coast Suns before stepping down.
